Maestria Restaurant & Bar is set within a corporate park that operates as a corporate cafe restaurant by day, casual cocktail restaurant by night, and often hosts live entertainment and intimate functions.
It’s an oasis for our patrons to celebrate their most special moments, with their most cherished, and our people are part of creating those amazing experiences.
With roles available in the Front of House team, cocktail bartender teams and kitchen team; if you have functions and a love of hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
Front of House
You’re one of the faces of the restaurant that creates the ambience and experience with our patrons, so let it be your full expression of life, service and hospitality passion.
We are looking for quality and talented Wait Staff and Hosts to join our team on a full-time, part-time and casual basis. Have restaurant and functions experience? We’d love for you to join the team.
To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:
- 2+ years relevant experience in the industry
- Confident with customer engagement; including greeting guests, ability to learn and discuss food and beverage menu, taking orders and serving guest
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, hotel, and functions experience
- Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff
- Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables in one service, and pre-empting the guests needs
- Experience using point of sales machines, taking payment
Bar Team
Life’s celebrations are through great moments shared, amazing food, great wine and well balanced cocktails created by the bartender team. Our bar menu features classics that are re-imagined, with splashes of signature cocktails.
Join our team on a full-time, part-time and casual basis. Have restaurant and functions experience? We’d love for you to join the team.
To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:
- 2+ years relevant experience in the hospitality industry, cocktail bar
- 2+ years experience with classic cocktails
- Exposure to mixology, or experience is highly sought after
- Confident with customer engagement, at the bar and tables
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, hotel, and functions experience
- Ability to work closely with kitchen and front of house staff
- Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables in one service, and pre-empting the guests needs
- Experience using point of sales machines, taking payment
Kitchen Team
Our food is approachable, it’s elevated casual designed to be shared amongst friends, lovers and people who come together for an experience. So our kitchen teams create some wholesome dishes across our different operations.

To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:
- 2+ years relevant experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry
- Food safe handling certification
- A passion for good food, quality ingredients, and flavours
